Project Acceptance
1 Fire Lit Fabrication reserves the right to decline projects that fall outside our equipment, capabilities, available workspace, or safety requirements.
Rust Repair
We do not accept perforated, severely deteriorated, or structural rust repair. Rust repair will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Deposits
A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or fabrication begins. Deposits are not refundable once materials have been purchased, custom parts have been ordered, or work has begun.
Changes to Approved Work
Customer-Supplied Parts
Changes to the agreed-upon scope may be result in additional labor, material, or other charges. Additional work will be communicated to the customer when reasonably possible before proceeding.
Customer-supplied materials and parts are subject to inspection and may be rejected if they are damaged, unsuitable, unsafe, or incompatible with requested work.
